To provide opportunities for high school track and field - cross country coaches and athletes in the state of Virginia

Benefits

VTCA willl annually reward two (2) nonrenewable scholarships worth $1000 each to one male and one female student athlete and two (2) nonrenewable scholarships worth $500.00 each to one male and one female student athlete, who have made significant contributions to the sports have cross country and track during their high school career.
